View on GoogleI came to Import Euroworks because my underbody splash yield have fallen off just down the road. They were able to take it off for no charge and it only took about 15 minutes. The staff was very helpful and quick with getting my needs met.
View on GoogleThey misdiagnosed my car and told me they fixed the problem but they never did. Charged me $600 literally to remove the supercharger and fiddle with my intake manifold. Told me it was good and called it a day. Next day code comes back so I call the shop and they put paco on the phone and I asked if we could come to an agreement and have them actually fix the car this time but he instead chose to argue and tell me he’s right and he knows how to work on cars. Claiming they fixed it and I broke it again. Then he hung up after swearing at me🤣 Mind you the whole time I made sure the techs and paco knew that I’ve tried fixing this myself and it’s nothing to do with the vacuum pressure or actuators and how I want them to find the real problem. Instead all they did was exactly that; play with the vacuum lines and clear codes and they thought they fixed it. As a euro shop you should know VAG cars sometimes require ignition cycles and certain thresholds to be met to reintroduce codes. I’m a 20yo software engineer how/why am I the one that has to explain this?
View on GoogleI can't recommend Import Euroworks enough! Despite taking my car in late in the day, Paco and his team jumped right on it, starting work on my BMW X5 almost immediately. He even went above and beyond by recommending reliable tow truck services, which made the whole process so much easier. Throughout the entire repair, Paco was incredibly communicative, providing updates at every opportunity. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car, and knowing my situation, Paco and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible, helping me avoid extra rental fees. I used to take my car to him regularly, and it always ran smoothly under his care. For some reason, I stopped because of the distance, and I quickly realized my car just wasn’t the same without his expert touch. Now, I don’t mind making the drive to Selma because the quality of work and service is unbeatable. The shop is beautiful, located in a safe area, and the front staff is beyond friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for an honest mechanic/auto shop that delivers outstanding quality work on your foreign or European vehicle, look no further than Paco and his team at Import Euroworks. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleLots of damage not listed in advertisement. I felt like the video online was intentionally deceptive as to the actual condition of the vehicle for sale. Communication was poor as to weather this was a private seller or business. Online ad seemed like it was a private party. Got to address to find I needed an appointment. With all that said, I'd avoid this business.
