I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The vehicle was brought back to the dealership 6 times and kept in their possession for months for concerns, yet the underlying issue was never properly diagnosed or addressed. After seeking a second opinion from Subaru, I was informed that the vehicle had a failed crank bearing that ultimately led to catastrophic engine damage. According to Subaru, this issue should have been identified during a proper inspection and should have been addressed long before the engine failed. Despite having multiple opportunities to inspect the vehicle while it was in their possession, the dealership failed to catch the problem. To make matters worse, I was also informed that the vehicle appeared not to have received the maintenance that I was led to believe had been completed before the sale. These findings have raised serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle when it was sold to me and the quality of the inspections that were performed. The dealership is now unwilling to take responsibility or work with me toward a resolution. I am left with a vehicle that requires approximately $20,000 in repairs, and I have barely been able to drive the car since purchasing it. What should have been a reliable vehicle purchase has turned into a major financial burden. I am extremely disappointed not only by the condition of the vehicle but also by the dealership’s lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to make things right. I would strongly encourage potential buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing and to carefully consider my experience before doing business with this dealership.

6-6-26 was my second visit for service for routine maintenance oil change. They were honest with approximately how long the wait would be since I did not make an appt. I was not in a hurry. Very friendly service guys and were not pushy as to adding on any extra services that may have been needed.

I have visited this dealership for an oil change in the past and experienced a lengthy wait of 2.5 hours, despite being one of the first customers in the morning. This was surprising, as I expected the process to take a maximum of 45 minutes, even without an appointment. While I understand that this is a dealership setting, it was concerning to see such a long wait time when it didn't seem busy. Additionally, I noticed that their automated email and text service often suggests additional services that may not be necessary. This can be misleading, especially when staff later confirm that some services are nonessential or an error in the system. I was there for over 4 hours after a 7 AM appointment today. I was advised about the need for brake work, which I agreed to, but I was initially led to believe the service was nearly completed only to find that there was still a half hour+ wait. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy with the pricing shortly after we seemed to have settled on a quote. The whole service was pricey in general, so an added $10 still hurts. I genuinely appreciate the efforts of the staff, who seem dedicated to providing good service with the resources they have. However, the overall service experience could benefit from improvements to clarity and professionalism. If you're considering purchasing a warranty for better service, I would suggest careful consideration, as it may still lead to significant additional costs. Overall, while the staff are great, the experience was exhausting and frustrating. The survey I would have submitted instead of this adverse review (on the back of the booklet provided after service) is prefilled out with the best answers so this deserves to be honestly corrected.

Ask for Alberio at service. Communicated daily about the repair, kept costs very reasonable and got the old work truck taken care of in 2 days.
