By using WrenchConnect you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

WrenchConnect routes information between vehicle owners and repair businesses and provides AI-assisted diagnostics. Shops remain solely responsible for their estimates, service, warranties, scheduling, and any work they perform. We are not a party to the agreement between a customer and a shop.

Accounts

You’re responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in secure.

Listings & Verified Pro

Listing your shop is free. Verified Pro is an optional subscription ($29/month) that adds a verified badge, priority placement, and profile tools. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled anytime from your billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Verified Pro does not gate customer leads.

AI diagnostics

Diagnostic results are guidance only and are not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic. Do not rely on them to determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive. Always use your own judgment and consult a professional.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — no scraping, abuse, fraudulent listings or requests, or activity that interferes with the platform or other users.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrenchConnect is not liable for repairs, estimates, or outcomes arising from shops you connect with or from reliance on diagnostic results.

Changes
