If no stars was an option I’d select that! 4 times my car had to go back here to fix a bumper!!!!!! We were called nit picky but when your car comes out worse looking then it went in who wouldn’t be upset ? The owner and manger were on vacation so the office girl who was super nice helped us and everytime we were told 2 hours or tomorrow it will be done it NEVER was it was days and days even a week later each time. Some days we didn’t even get a call with an update just left hoping and praying. Now yes they did give us a rental for free in which we were thankful however the first vehicle they gave us had what’s knows as a dead pedal which means when you come to a stop it doesn’t move even when pressing the gas it goes whenever it wants very unsafe and they knew this issue, then they got us another rental, wheel bearing was going it smelt like a rotting Carcus, and had no legal registration or inspection those were in the gloves box which we knew nothing about. We were called liars everything we said was wrong and false meanwhile everything they said was accurate. They were rude off the get the owner and manager, threatening us with cops cus we wanted compensation for all the time we lost without our car which my fiance uses for his detail business. They yelled as did we, but we were beyond frustrated as dealing with them for almost a month to get a bumper right! They placed the blame on workers which they fired, and us never on themselves. Even was saying past bad reviews are cus the customers cars were pieces of crap! There words not mine so basically if your car isn’t brand new they can care less about it. Horrible place would never recommend. Who knew a bumper took a month almost to fix, and then to be blamed and threatened on top of it very rude. These people shouldn’t own a business or run one!
