If you’re looking for a vehicle, Bob Adams Automotive is the best you will find. They’re reputable and kind, and Chris is an amazing sales associate! I’d been hunting for a car for weeks. After dealing with so many shady dealerships and slimy sales associates, I began to lose hope that I’d find a decent vehicle within my price range. Then, by pure happenstance or luck, I stumbled across Chris’s listing for a 2016 Jeep Renegade. My experience with Bob Adams Automotive was extremely refreshing. Not only was Chris amazingly helpful and extremely understanding, but the dealership itself was full of kind people. They didn’t add extra or hidden fees, and the price of the vehicle was more than fair. Not only were they honest, they were also understanding and kind. I've had my car for a week now, and I haven’t experienced any issues. Honestly, I’m so glad I bought my first car with Chris and Bob Adams Automotive.

Thought I had found a repair shop that was honest and fair. Boy was I wrong. Recently took in my daughter's vehicle for a inspection and was told it would need a new tail light and front head light bulb for inspection. OK they supposedly did the work and vehicle was inspected. The vehicle was serviced 7/30/24. On 9/7/24 I discovered the front light bulb housing cover at the bottom of the motor or skid plate cover. Under further inspection the halogen headlight bulb was NOT in it's twist lock sockets as required. The bulb was just sitting in the housing free floating. I contacted the repair shop this morning and was trying to communicate the issue but was met with sarcasm and was told he didn't need this on a monday morning. Keep in mind I had to complete the job i paid for. The owner finally agreed to a refund after some convincing while the same time he is trying to blow off the issue and was hung-up on. I then went to the repair shop and was not only dealing with the entire business but was informed the owners son was aware that the housing cover was missing. So why wasn't I told about this over a month ago? When I replaced the bulb properly the bulb was covered in dirt and finger prints. No human hands can touch these bulbs it will leave oil on bulb and burn out bulb. Not to mention the entire headlight assembly is full of road grime. Needless to say the staff was more interested in conflict instead of recfiting and admitting to their errors. One of the last things I was told before leaving without a refund from the owner son was you should have come down here fist to complain in person. This was the person who was aware the cover was missing. I believe they were short on time and didn't care about completing the job correctly. The owner with the experience is not teaching and monitoring the workers learning the trade. Be aware you are not getting a qualified mechanic working on your car.

Dropped my car off to be inspected, they called me the next day. My car is now running better than the day I purchased it. They definitely did not over charge and took care of everything. They’re great, I will be returning to them when my car needs service. Sincerely Couldn’t be happier with what I payed for, thank you
