My service advisor Nick Dutt went over and above in helping. But the end results were not satisfactory for me. But it had nothing to do with Nick. I picked up a lease months ago with a major dent in the hood. They did get the dent out 99% but I now have a few scratches left. The dealer ship doesn't want to do any more. It's a 50000 dollar SUV and should be perfect. The fact I had to wait this long for a loaner to fix this problem was wrong. The fact I had to come back twice to pick up my SUV was wrong. The service manager offered me a free oil change but to me this problem should of been taken care of months ago Click
