From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcome — friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on taking care of their customers. This is now the 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from them, and that says everything. I’ve referred family and friends because I trust this team completely, and every single person I’ve sent there has had an amazing experience as well. I’ve never really been loyal to a specific car brand or dealership before, but that has completely changed thanks to Tony, Shane, and the entire staff. They’ve earned my business for life. I had very pleasant experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I felt the deal and price were very fair considering the research I put in along with negotiating with other dealers. It seemed they were motivated to move product verses trying to overprice a vehicle to make a lot on one sale. Thank you Daryl Griswold and the sales manager. They did not push the an extended warranty until I requested the cost, after my purchase, which was far more than any other dealer I shopped, by thousands more. Aside from that, great experience and I would buy from Daryl again.

ONE STAR — and that's being generous. NEVER. AGAIN. 🚫 I purchased a vehicle from Bob Johnson Chevy on May 6th. Seven days later, during a family road trip, my battery died costing me $104 out of pocket just to get jumped on the side of the road. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the car sat on the lot too long. Fine. The VERY next day? Dead again. I made an appointment for May 27th — 20 days after purchase and they replaced the battery. Except here's the kicker: they only replaced ONE battery, completely ignoring the auxiliary battery sitting right next to it. Half a job. Zero follow-through. Three days later? Check engine light. I make ANOTHER appointment, burn another 40 minutes each way, only to be told they can't even repair it, I need to go to a Jeep dealership because they don't have the right tools. Cool. Thanks for nothing. When I asked for a loaner so I wouldn't have to keep hemorrhaging gas money driving back and forth to clean up THEIR mess, they finally (reluctantly) found one. But they REFUSED to cover the gas. In fact, they threatened to CHARGE ME if I didn't return it full. Charge. Me. I have not made a single payment on this vehicle yet. I have already paid $104 for a tow, made three separate trips to your dealership, and you want to nickel-and-dime me over a tank of gas after selling me a defective car? Absolutely unacceptable. This dealership had every opportunity to make this right and chose their policy over their customer — every single time. There are plenty of dealerships in this area. Do yourself a favor and pick literally any other one. DON'T shop at Bob Johnson Chevy. Consider yourself warned. 🚗💨

We love this dealership. We absolutely love Carissa at Leroy Bob Johnson. She's the only person our family will buy vehicles from. She's knowledgeable, calm, experienced and somehow always knows which vehicle is right for us before we do. She makes the entire buying process smooth and stress-free.
