On our travels to Niagara Falls we had the misfortune of having an ABS sensor go bad which caused our Stabilitrak to fail and the car to not operate fully. After stopping at the GMC dealership up the street (Google) and essentially being told they couldn't care less about our situation, we googled a local mechanic. It happened that Fastec was right down the street! Greeted by Sean's wonderful wife, she said they are busy but would ask Sean to take a look. He did. And he found it in his heart to take care of the issue for us (even though it definitely backed his workload up). We ended up having some great conversation and in about 2 hours the car was ready for the road. Sean took the extra step of looking everything else over to be sure we were safe and our kids would be safe. Our circumstances were not great considering we were 6.5 hours from home and on our way to a mini vacation and our options were extremely limited. Sean, his fantastic wife, and Fastec are truly what makes small town America great. We will forever be grateful and thankful for their generosity.

I needed some work done on my 2007 Honda CR-V and Shawn at FASTECH AUTOMOTIVE was the best price around! The exhaust system was replaced from the catalytic back and the welding was EXCELLENT. He also replaced two stabilizer arms in the front end and the whole job came in LESS THAN shop B quoted for just the exhaust! FASTECH AUTOMOTIVE is my goto repair shop from now on. Fast friendly service at a reasonable price, HIGHLY RECOMENDED.Thank you

Sean has been my personal mechanic for the last year or so. He is the one mechanic in the Rochester area who isn't afraid to work on all my vehicles regardless of make and model. Whenever I've had an issue, he's been able to diagnose it within about 15 minutes. He knows his stuff and does great work. Honest guy who will help you out. If you're looking for someone to work on your car you can trust and can get it done whether you drive a Chevy or a Ferrari he can do it!
