Seeing reviews and some are old but I definitely had a good experience. I literally had to do nothing but show up on time to drop off the vehicle. Rental car company was right there waiting for me to get me going fir the day. They handled booking the car and let me know each step of the way with texts and calls. Thanks!!
View on GoogleThis company (formerly Nu look collision) is a large “in network provider” for many of the main insurance companies running scams! They will coerce you into taking your vehicle here, give you the runaround and damage your vehicle more in the process. ( Our vehicle was originally at the original manufacturer Toyota dealership for an assessment, and for repairs when the insurance company (Liberty Mutual Insurance)requested to move it to their in network provider) After this is done, they will let your vehicle sit on the lot and not contact you until you wonder what’s going on. Once enough time has gone by, they will pretend to contact you through different cell numbers other than their office phone number but never leave a message. This business is lying and conniving to make a dollar on claims or to prevent from paying out due claims to customers through their relationship & scamming practices with the big insurance companies. My 2016 White Toyota Tundra has been there since the beginning of this year with no response Or communication to us at all. We had to hire a private investigator to assist in the process and report back through intense photo/video documentation on the issues. Please stay away from this shop is NOT honest as they will lie steal and cheat from you if you bring anything to them as they only see $$$! If you do happen to fall victim to these Insurance fraudsters, please report them to the New York State Department of financial services team and create a consumer complaint case where you will be assigned a CSB number. Thank you!
View on GoogleDave was great at the LeRoy location! Him and the team there did an AMAZING job making my car look new after my car was hit in a parking lot. I definitely would recommend this shop! Very courteous and friendly! Unlike other shops I've been to.

They definitely made my experience a smooth and easy one. I recommend Nu Look to anyone who is looking for fast, reliable service!
View on GoogleBelieve the other reviews about the front desk lady, I called to get a quote on a simple paint job and this woman is giving me the third degree and grilling me about my situation and saying how "abnormal" my situation was. I politely try to steer the conversation back to business asking if I can get my paint fixed and asked her to pencil me in, and she goes back to being rude and unprofessional and scornfully questioning in a mocking tone the inability of this other reputable collision center to fix my paint, which had nothing to do with helping my situation and my trauma of just wanting my car to look and function beautifully. That front desk lady once more is unprofessional and has no customer service skills, JUST BECAUSE OF HER I took my business else where, I will never recommend this location. Take my experience with a grain of salt, but I had to warn you.
