I bought a brand new Toyota Sienna from Patsy! It was a seamless process. Expected to take months to get a new Sienna XLE in stock but Patsy was on it for us and was able to find one in stock within weeks of a down payment. Brought our kids in to the dealership to test drive it late in the evening after work and drove it off the lot the next day. Minimal hassle and the whole team was so helpful since we had our young kids in tow!

I had service work completed on my vehicle which was processed by Jessie at Toyota Williamsville. Upon driving the vehicle after the work was performed, I noticed an odd noise which wasn’t there prior to the service done. I returned to the dealership where Jessie handled the situation immediately. She had a technician not only drive the vehicle but examined it in a service bay. I was kept informed as to the progress throughout the day. Jessie, as well as the technician Richard, did an outstanding job in determining the best course of action for my vehicle. Thank you. West Herr exceeded my expectations with our last service experience. We brought our RAV4 in to have the brakes checked – before a long trip for a family wedding. They checked the brakes, and the tires and everything else to make sure we were in good shape for the trip!

Great service and the diagnostic video of what repairs my car needs was so helpful. The service manager, Christian, is so genuinely nice. A great experience all the way around. I have bought my cars here for the last 25 years and will continue to do so based on the excellent customer experience.
