Nearing a year of ownership of this 24 m3 competition and my experience with west herr has been great. I stopped in recently to get my winter wheels and tires put on and the process was simple, they stored my summer tires for a small fee, did a quick oil change, then off I went. 👍

I recently purchased a low mile 2012 BMW 650 IX The price was so reasonable that I knew I was in for some surprises. I took the Car to BMW of Buffalo. I was pleasantly surprised that they could take the car right in without an appointment. I requested to have a thorough mechanical check on the car unfortunately, the results were not what I was hoping, for the engine was experiencing a problem that was caused by the car sitting for quite some time after further examination I discussed the option of a new engine for the car. I spoke with Adam the service manager and one hell of a nice guy, he worked with me closely and He was able to obtain a new engine with upgraded modifications at an extremely fair price. The engine is running flawlessly and I feel extreme confidence that Bmw of Buffalo will continue to service.
