BJ's Tire Center

I used BJ’s for their “buy three, get one free” tire promotion, and the whole experience was a headache from start to finish. I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 3:30 and was there for a little over four hours and didn’t leave until 7:30, which was an hour and a half after they’d already closed. By the time they finally finished, it was dark out. On my drive home, my car immediately started shaking. Turns out the tires weren’t balanced properly at all, so I had to make an extra trip back just to fix something that should’ve been done right the first time. Getting in touch with customer service was a whole different nightmare. The place is clearly understaffed, and it shows in the quality of service. Overall, a really frustrating experience. I expected better. I will not be coming back when I need a new set of tires.

BJs Tire Center totally impressed me! The team was super friendly and really knew their stuff. They’ve got great prices and an awesome selection of top-quality tires made right here in the USA. The whole process was fast and easy—I drove out feeling confident and happy with my new tires. Highly recommend!

Came by to get a tire patched (had a screw in it). I was there at 6:00PM. The sign said they closed at 8:30. I found a sign on the door saying nobody was there until 6:20. I waited until 6:40 and someone came by. I said I had a screw in my tire and just needed a patch job. He told me that he was not certified to run any equipment, and that the person who actually does the work left around 3:30 that day. WHAT?! Thanks a bunch BJ's for making Walmart Auto Center feel like heaven.

I ordered 4 tires to be put on my Buick. I asked about how long it would take... they said about an hour and a half. No other customers in the store. I've been here 3 hours and he's still not done. I'm 78 years old, so I've had tires put on many times and never over 3 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Wow! It really is as appalling as the reviews say. I decided to take a chance despite the reviews because they sold me 4 winter tires for $390 including installation. My appointment was for 11am and I left my afternoon open. Good thing, because I was there for 2.5 hours. This location is understaffed. There were only two employees and one was being trained. The senior employee was salty and short-tempered but I can't really blame him. Fingers crossed that the installation and balancing were done correctly.
