Every time I visit is always a pleasant visit, and what I love that they know you by name. Dolly is the best! I love how she takes care of her customers! She always has a smile on her face that makes your day! Jim Walters is always taking care of his customers. Never did I or any of my family ever conquer any problems with the sales. Always on point with details. Plus, all the employees at Dave's Auto are always pleasant and willing to help. I have been doing business with Dave's Auto for a few years now and am very happy with customers' service.

Dropped my vehicle off for an alignment and inspection and got it back promptly with the new inspection sticker and my registration sticker installed. They even put it on their charger until I picked it up. This was a vastly different experience from my experience at westherr in Amherst where they were supposed to do a tire rotation and charged me for a tire rotation that they never actually did. Not to mention they knew nothing about EVs and they were surprised that it didn't need an oil change. I know everybody's experience is different with dealer service but I had no problem with Dave Smith. It went smoothly. That's about all you can ask for.
