What a Huge waste of everyone’s time mine and there’s so I took my vehicle to have a front end alignment they pulled it in put it up on the rack and told me it’s gonna cost 4,200 to replace the tie rod end and wheel Bering and those parts were not even bad 4,200 to replace 187 dollars worth of parts that were not even bad ,what they didn’t know is iam a heavy truck and equipment mechanic by trade , so this is what I do day in and day out. They totally tried to scam me I will never step foot in and dumb tire again.

Had a coolant flush as well as breaks and rotors fixed. Breaks work fine, but now my Engine light is on and the car runs too hot almost immediately. I will be calling tomorrow and I will be demanding that the problem they caused be rectified. Because apart from the coolant being low, it wasn't overheating regularly before they decided to touch the car. Not to mention it was extremely expensive. I only wanted breaks changed. I didn't need them to put me out of commission. EDIT: They refunded me the coolant flush to a cost of est. $150, which is cool so my review is upgraded to 3 stars from 1. I'm still not impressed with their mechanic, although the manager was cool and very decent. Although I was offered $100 off on breaks next time I need them I still don't believe I will be trusting their mechanics.

Dunn Tire located at 4401 Transit Road near Main St Williamsville NY 14221 (behind Tully’s in the plaza) has been my go to for car service for over 20 years. They have done my inspections, provided great tires, regular rotations, brakes, wheel alignments, oil changes, along with more involved repairs on my 2005 vehicle that is still performing well. The service Manager Mike has helped me in situations where they were not able to help me with a particular issue and referred me to a specialized shop for my repair as well. They are honest and I trust them. All of their desk staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer free air and nitrogen air for your Dunn Tires. Appointments are timely and they are open Monday through Saturday opening at 8am. Free coffee and tea while you wait. Thanks guys! ♥️

The staff at Dunn Tire were great. I was on my way to Boston for my friends 80th surprise birthday party, with my wife, daughter, and grandson, when I had a tire blowout. I made it to the store with run-flat tires, and in less than an hour they had me back on the road. Everyone went out of their way to expedite putting on the new tires, and I made it to the party with 15 minutes to spare! Excellent service and was quick to install! They did a great job and even bagged my “old” tires as no to ruin my interior! Even lowered the install price as my former tires were so new!
