Been coming to Firestone since I was a teenager (I'm now 69). Your service has been great all these years. Yes there's been a few issues here & there but you've always made it right. I'll continue to be a longterm satisfied customer

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in with a simple issue - state inspection. They claimed my wiper blades needed replacing or I’d fail, even though I had literally replaced them last month. I called their bluff and asked for proof. Within a minute, they “revised” their story and said it was actually the rear wiper that supposedly needed replacing — and suddenly I would pass after all. The whole situation reeked of either incompetence or dishonesty. Between the upselling scare tactics, the contradictions, and the clear lack of integrity, I will never come back here and I strongly recommend others steer clear. There are plenty of honest shops out there that won’t try to take advantage of you — this is not one of them.

Very incompetent staff. Oil change appointment on 2/7/26, found the oil filler cap under the hood and not installed in engine. Do not get any service from them.

Service is excellent. When I dropped off my car Ashley was very helpful and when I picked it up Rob Dening was very kind. He explained what was done to my car and actually helped me apply for the $25 rebate for the oil. I have always been pleased with the work done at this location. They are courteous, explain what is performed or recommended, and very reliable. Great customer service and I highly recommend this facility!

Technician Ashley reviewed all the options for my SUV based on my oil change and other fixes- and made a money saving suggestion when I come back for new tires. Totally efficient despite inclement weather also
