Unnecessary maintenance recommended @ $1100 Car brought in due to front end noise when turning. Advised that noise was coming from brakes; pads + rotors needed to be replaced. History: pads and rotors were replaced 10k miles ago by me personally Given history, declined service and brought the vehicle home, removed wheels and pads to learn brakes have a ton of life left. Upon further inspection, front brake shields are rusted/worn and need to be cleaned with a wire brush or replaced ($45 OEM part). Brake shields have been cleaned, noise is gone. Concern was flagged to service manager who stood behind the recommendation.

Brought my truck in on a Thursday right before a holiday weekend was told Thursday evening that they couldn't reproduce the problem and would like to keep the vehicle a little longer, which I was ok with as I didn't need it over the weekend. Monday morning rolls around, no update, so I call around noon and leave a message. Never got a call back so I call again around 2 and leave another message. Still hadn't gotten a call back by 3:15 so I called again and got sent to a voice mailbox again. At that point I hung up and called the operator back and told him I just needed an update on my vehicle, he took my name and phone number down and said he would walk down and personally ask them to call me, I never got a call back before they closed. Tuesday morning after they'd been open for a half hour I called again and got sent to a voice mailbox again so I hung up and called back and explained to a different operator the situation and she took my name and number and said she was going to go down and tell them to call me l. After I got no call back after an hour I called again and got sent to voice mail again, so now I'm on my way there in person to see if I can finally get someone to talk to me!

When you arrive, just pull in through one of the service doors. One of our service managers will greet you to get the process started. If you'd like to drop your vehicle off the night before hand, just park the vehicle in the lot, and place your keys in the "drop-box" located to the left of the service entrance. If you choose to wait for your vehicle, you can either relax in the waiting room with available refreshments, or have one of the Courtesy Shuttles get you where you need to be.
