Unnecessary maintenance recommended @ $1100 Car brought in due to front end noise when turning. Advised that noise was coming from brakes; pads + rotors needed to be replaced. History: pads and rotors were replaced 10k miles ago by me personally Given history, declined service and brought the vehicle home, removed wheels and pads to learn brakes have a ton of life left. Upon further inspection, front brake shields are rusted/worn and need to be cleaned with a wire brush or replaced ($45 OEM part). Brake shields have been cleaned, noise is gone. Concern was flagged to service manager who stood behind the recommendation.

Brought my truck in on a Thursday right before a holiday weekend was told Thursday evening that they couldn't reproduce the problem and would like to keep the vehicle a little longer, which I was ok with as I didn't need it over the weekend. Monday morning rolls around, no update, so I call around noon and leave a message. Never got a call back so I call again around 2 and leave another message. Still hadn't gotten a call back by 3:15 so I called again and got sent to a voice mailbox again. At that point I hung up and called the operator back and told him I just needed an update on my vehicle, he took my name and phone number down and said he would walk down and personally ask them to call me, I never got a call back before they closed. Tuesday morning after they'd been open for a half hour I called again and got sent to a voice mailbox again so I hung up and called back and explained to a different operator the situation and she took my name and number and said she was going to go down and tell them to call me l. After I got no call back after an hour I called again and got sent to voice mail again, so now I'm on my way there in person to see if I can finally get someone to talk to me!

Brought my newly purchased used car in for an inspection, Arthur and the service team were great - quick and friendly service and Arthur helped walk through the inspection report as well. Even filled up my tires for the winter without me requesting it - I look forward to bringing my car here for any future appointments.

Had my 2020 Nissan Rogue in for yearly inspection and I had a right rear low pressure tire. Becca took care of everything and was absolutely great to work with!! Car was ready in one hour per her promise! Great job!
