Alexandria was very friendly and informative during the drop off process. The Shuttle service was a great help. The engine light issue was diagnosed quickly, the repair was done the same day and the video of the exam of the SUV was a surprise. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire West Herr service department. Thank you.

We went in on Tues, saw what we liked and ordered it right away. It was ready on Sat, we picked it up. This us the 3rd car we bought from Andy MacDonald. Easy to work with. The whole experience was just perfect. I'd recommend West Herr. It was an upgrade from the one we had but our payment is $35.00 less!

This location is very disorganized and customer service seems not existent. They promised to call me when my part arrived to schedule service for a recall and did not. I called after a month and was transferred around being told I had to check with the parts department myself to see if the part had arrived and then call back to schedule an appointment. The staff did not communicate with me the entire time my car was being serviced. They were unresponsive to text messages and did not answer the phone in the service department when I called. I took their shuttle to work and the driver was extremely rude and was not there to pick me up at the end of the day. I tried calling the service center to find out where the driver was and was told by reception that they were not answering and would be emailed! I called a few more times and he eventually showed up about 20 minutes late with no apologies.

I had a flat tire a donut was applied. I called West Herr my appointment, the next day. I did have a little wait for a new tire but I was able to get a loner car. I got a call when my vehicle was ready, no cost b/c I had an extended warranty(Great idea). I appreciate the service team they went above and beyond. Great service and kind staff. Thank You.

Excellent customer care. When our service was delayed we were given an explanation. Technicians sent good communication with video messaging when they began service explaining what they were finding.
