I appreciate the communication regarding the service I was there for; and for service I will need in the near future. I appreciate that I was able to use a coupon that I received thru the mail from West Herr. There was a video of my vehicle that the tech sent to me with comments regarding his inspection and the work being done. The appointment was a pleasant experience, the staff is always friendly and courteous. I am a satisfied customer.

The service here is great any, they helped me find everything I needed and got me on an amazing plan. Shout out to Nelson amazing guy really helped and walked us through everything made it easier, also shout out to Phil, he was super helpful. They both just made everything easy and comfortable will definitely come back

I came in for a routine break service. However, there was an issue associated with the removal of the rear rotors. The service took far longer than I expected. And I was called to pick it prematurely which was upsetting. For the record I am the type that appreciate service advisors, and service technicians, and give them all the time and space that they need to do their work comfortably and correctly. Mark reassured me that he and the team would figure out what’s wrong specifically, and fix it. He made a point to mention that if even if he had to replace items after they were just installed he would. I had to leave my vehicle with Mark and the West Herr Service team overnight. They called at 9:00am the next day and told me that the brakes and rotors were fully installed and operating as quiet as a church mouse. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was greeted professionally and reassured that all is now well. Mark’s pleasantry made me feel relieved. When I pulled away from West Herr Chevy I immediately noticed the smooth operation of my new brake service. I feel a solid peace of mind because of the great work performed. Thanks!
