Came here they are supposed to be open until 7 they are closed. Can't fix the screw in my tire. The guy we ran into refused to call a manager to call another store so driving somewhere else hoping to get our tire plugged

LITERALLY TERRIBLE. When I bought my tires, they pushed me to purchase the road hazard warranty, which added over $100 to my bill. I agreed because they promised it would cover tire damage or flats. When I returned with a flat tire, they said the tire was “unrepairable.” I asked them to replace it under the road hazard warranty I had just paid for. They refused, claiming I had already driven a few miles on it. Then they said that because my car is AWD, I had to buy all four tires again instead of just replacing the damaged one. The road hazard warranty is a scam. Firestone sells it aggressively but denies coverage when you actually need it. Customers should read the fine print carefully, because this warranty does not protect you as promised. Extremely disappointed. I will never buy tires or warranties here again.

This was hands down one of the most incompetent, disorganized experiences I’ve ever had at an auto service center. I had a 3:30 PM appointment for an oil change at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Williamsville. When I arrived and told the associate I had an appointment, he confidently told me I didn’t — despite me immediately pulling up my confirmed appointment in the Walmart app right in front of him. He still couldn’t figure it out, and a coworker had to come over and check me in for him. They moved my car into the bay… and then let it sit there doing absolutely nothing. After over an hour, I finally saw an associate scan my VIN and open the hood. Twenty minutes later, while I was still waiting, I received an email saying my appointment was canceled — with no one bothering to say a word to me in person. When I went to the desk to ask what was going on, I was told they “don’t work on Canadian cars,” which is a complete lie. I’ve had an oil change done at this exact location in October, and I’ve been getting oil changes at Walmart Auto Care Centers across New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ohio for years with the same car. Never once an issue. When I demanded my keys, I asked why no one thought it was necessary to actually tell me they supposedly couldn’t service my car instead of canceling my appointment behind my back. The associate claimed he “was going to,” despite the fact that my keys had already been put away — clearly not intended to be returned to me anytime soon. I asked for a manager. The associate acted like calling the manager was an inconvenience, saying he was “outside,” and only called him after I repeatedly insisted. When the manager finally came on the phone, he accused me of never having my car serviced there, which I immediately disproved by pulling up my Walmart app purchase history showing an oil change at this location in October. He then tried to say he “wasn’t sure it was the same car” and doubled down on the absurd claim that their system doesn’t accept Canadian VINs. That excuse is nonsense. VINs are standardized. This is basic, entry-level automotive knowledge. Honestly, it felt like this entire department had been completely restaffed, because none of the usual employees I’ve dealt with in the past were there — including this shockingly incompetent manager. If this is the new team running the department, that explains everything. To make matters worse, I overheard another customer say they dropped their car off at 11:00 AM for a 4:00 PM appointment, and by 5:30 PM it still hadn’t been touched. This location is chaotic, unprofessional, and borderline dishonest. Save yourself the frustration and do not bring your car here.

Showed up to my oil change appointment at 11:30 and was told that it shouldn't take more than 30min to an hour. Come 12:30, no update. I ask another person at the front desk for an update, and he goes to the garage to check. He comes back and tells me that they haven't even taken the car in yet. Asked me if I can wait another 30 min or reschedule, and none of the associates apologize for the delay. This department is clearly long overdue for a customer service training.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered tires on 2/28, delivery was delayed until 3/21. Then had to try rescheduling appointment, their online system is always down. Phone to call is never answered, i stopped in in person to schedule an appointment to install the tires, was told by cashier on 3/24. “ We don’t have enough people to schedule an appointment”. So Walmart how do we get an appointment from you guys? I will be returning those tires and going somewhere else.
