Valvoline Instant Oil Change

My first time @ Valvoline at my wife's request and it was an awesome experience. My car was totally checked in their 18 point maintenance check up. The Manager Anthony was pleasant and efficient and explained in detail each step he was performing. I was totally impressed how he was also working with relaying information into the system and calling out numbers to let others know his status and what he was doing on various stages. Will be coming back here for my NYS inspection in a few days- did not know they did this too. But this will be my go to place for my car maintenance from here on. Thank you for a very nice and comforting experience and I did not even have to leave my car.

The manager Tony and his crew do a great job. Polite and friendly, service is quick. Highly recommend this Vavoline Store on Transit Rd in Williamsville NY.

I have only been here once, and definitely will be taking all of my vehicles here in the future. The people were so knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt they had my best interests in mind as well. The gentleman even helped me solve a problem with my car just by talking me through it, and he even showed me how to program my car to notify me of when I needed an oil change when even my dealership didn't show me that.

Very frustrated to do auto inspections each time. Either no spot or waiting for at least one and half hour. Even there are two inspectors present, remain no spot. I understand the fee of inspection is little to cover the labor, however, customers visit at least 5-6 times a year for oil change. Make it more convenient, it is helpful.

This shop is excellent! I'm so happy I made the change a few years ago from another quick service oil change company to Valvoline. The manager Tony and his team are really terrific, the work is excellent as is the customer service!
