Ticker’s Import Performance

We have a 2010 GTR and finding people, let alone good people to work on this sort of thing isn’t exactly easy. When we were having an intermittent engine light for turbo codes we took the car to Chris and hoped for the best. Knowing I was an actual car person he not only diagnosed the car, but sent me data logs and his reasoning for his diagnosis (without me asking) and made suggestions based on those findings. The car was diagnosed, repaired, and new data logs shared after the repair was made. I will say I was prepared to spend about 10x what the actual bill ended up being. His price for work completed was extremely generous. He always answers when we ask about repairs, pricing, and time frames and is someone I would trust with my other cars as we have several that are difficult to work on.

Took my R35 to Ticker's for a boost sensor code. Chris ran diagnostics on the car and figured out my clamps were failing. He had the issue figured out within 2 days and had it fixed as soon as the parts came in. I was notified of every step in the process and was never left wondering what was going on with it. He was very trustworthy, reasonably priced and took good care of the car. I highly recommend Chris for import work.

Chris is hands down one of most knowledgeable and detail oriented mechanics in the area. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and honesty. He explained everything in detail, and provided a fair and transparent estimate. My car went in for head work, and quickly was turning into sourcing another engine. I sprung the idea of LS swapping it and he took on the build. The build was completed faster than expected, and my car is so much fun to drive now. It’s clear that he takes pride in their work and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. Chris is the only person that I trust working on my bmw 135i. (n54) Chris is extremely knowledgeable on common problems that should be addressed when performing basic maintenance or other part installs to reduce headaches down the road. Chris has installed numerous parts in and around the engine such as the hpfp, lpfp, b58 coil conversion, numerous gaskets, serpentine belt/ pulleys, injectors as well as fabrication and installation of a custom exhaust. In addition Chris has installed numerous suspension parts including sway bars, end links and coilovers. There is no job to big or small for Chris, all of the installs have been done correctly and turn around times are quick. Needless to say I would recommend Chris to anyone who needs repairs or installation of parts on their car.
