Quick Lane at Dave Smith Ford

Got a flat tire on the thruway and felt very lucky this place was still open. Rich and his team took good care of us, getting us in and out with new tires in ~1.5 hours. We hung out on their clean and comfortable waiting area, and our dog got lots of hellos and pets from the staff :)

I usually go to camp rd cause they genuinely care and listen. And then I found a quick lane by me and so I thought if I get treated good there , I’ll get the same treatment here. I was wrong. I made an appointment and the day came to get car fix I explained to them of what is wrong with my car and gave them my contract information. 40 minutes later they said I’m set and mechanic said your tire was low and I said yes cause it has a slow leak. The place told me to go back to camp rd and have them fix the hole since they didn’t complete their fix 6 months ago. Now I’m feeling I’m just a inconvenience cause I explained this in the beginning and gave all information. I called camp rd and they apologized for their actions and I can comeback to them and they will do the work. So since I’m a inconvenience, I will be taking the long drive to camp rd and not returning back.

I was in a pinch and they took excellent care of me. They got me right in. The service writer Paige was super nice It turns out being a foreign car they didn't have the right tool on hand to take the belly pan off. They were going to send someone to the parts store to buy the tool, but luckily a mechanic who was off duty had one. I thought that was above and beyond. And they never showed any frustration. They apologized for the delay I had a shop myself until recently. These guys run a great shop like I would. The customer comes first. I highly recommend them them A++.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dinning room is never open, service it horrible. They don't listen in the drive threw. Just horrible. I watch so many people try the door and get in the car and leave. It's a joke. Extremely unsatisfied. Always!
