Vincent Marrale did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of the service being done a week ago on my 2013 Civic. When the work was completed, I asked him about other work that might be needed in the near future -- such as timing belt replacement -- now that my Honda has gone over 100,000 miles. Vincent immediately said he thought my Civic had a timing chain, not a belt, and that replacement was normally not needed within the life of the vehicle. He quickly looked this up and verified that replacement should not be needed as long as engine lubrication was regularly changed and was able to keep the chain in good condition. I very much appreciated his familiarity with the details of my car and his ability to advise me accordingly.

Experience with Lourie Bruner was excellent. She’s very personable and welcoming. Knowledgeable and helpful. Note that my response on what I thought about the cost for an inspection, coolant change and oil change was “not sure” but I feel like cost of service on cars is always expensive. So, rather than stating “overpriced” I took into consideration that everything is…unfortunately. Lourie applied a coupon I brought in, but why not just lower the prices and skip the coupon.

I always have the best service at Lia Honda! They took care of a safety recall that Honda issued for my 2019 Honda civic. While they worked on that, I also had an oil change done. They sent me a video with all the information about my car when they inspected it. They worked quickly, and efficiently and I was very happy with my service! Highly recommend Lia Honda!

I came in for emergency tire repair on a crappy snowy day. Lourie Bruner is my go to service rep and she was able to help me quickly and very helpfully. Tires and alignment and got the car back the next day. Excellent!
