View on GoogleI took my car here after replacing some suspension arm components. After the first alignment, the car drove straight, but I was not given an alignment measurement sheet to review the specs. I was told they needed to perform a second alignment in order to print the spec sheet. After the second alignment, the steering wheel was off-center, likely because the technician did not test drive the car to ensure it was straight. I brought the car back a third time and left it there specifically to have the steering wheel centered. After the third alignment, the car drove straight and I finally received the alignment measurement sheet, so I was satisfied at that point. However, when I got home, I heard a loud scraping noise while pulling into my driveway. I then discovered vice grips left attached to both inner tie rods and noticed a small chunk missing from my curb.
