A 100% positive experience! I came in with a delaminating crank arm on my 2017 bike, and the owner of the shop took the time to immediately rustle up the non standard parts required (from 2 different locations). And personally jumped on the job immediately. Honestly the best professional service I've had anytime, anywhere! Great vibes throughout! Friendly staff, cool one off single speed rigs hanging around. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

A major shout out is due to Kaolin and his team at Flat Tire Bike Shop. I’ve been in the cycling industry for nearly 20 years and have only known a couple of individuals that are this passionate about being true ‘round the clock ambassadors of this industry, and their cycling community!! If you’ve participated in a large cycling event anywhere in AZ, chances are you’ve crossed paths with him and his stoke! I had heard great things about his bike fitting services, so I reached out through here on Yelp and set it up. I was so impressed I immediately set up a second fit on my other mountain bike. What a noticeable difference! I can now ride longer miles much more comfortably on both bikes. Can’t thank you enough! I will continue to recommend.

John at Flat Tire was great. All service appointments were booked and he told us to drive over and he would try to do a “parking lot repair.” We drove over and he fixed my wife’s bike quickly and charged us a more-than-fair fee. We are back on the road and able to ride and confidently recommend this shop!

I had a great experience with Flat Tire bike shop. John and Matt are really nice people who know everything needed to help the street and mountain bike enthusiast. I took in my vintage street bike and it came out looking like brand new (clean and beautiful). They tuned up the bike, wrapped the handle bars, trued the wheels and thoroughly cleaned my bike. Later I went back and had the tires and tubes replaced. Thank you very much for a job well done.
