Frank and Staff are terrific, and an absolutely delight. They performed a full assessment and provided recommendations for potential services needed based personal needs, age of the vehicle, and manufacturer maintenance schedule. The work was outstanding. I appreciate their honesty and care for customers. I speak from personal experience, that they stand behind the work they perform. Oh, by the way, Dee is a kick in the head. My first time with Desert Car Car, I recently purchased a 1957 Chevy BBW Step Side Pick Up in Venture Ca. Drove 400+ miles , 7 Hr , each way . Spent 3, 1/2 days w/Builder Fabricator for inspection of his 5yr Build. The truck was built to tow a camper up/down the California Coast Highway , an inner family unfortunate issue put a stop to those plans. So after 3 days of inspection and reviewing everything I shook hands on the price , that included a wink of the eye and an extremely firm hand shake from a 78 year old builder , I drove her straight home @ 70 mph with 6300 miles on the odometer. I named her FIDDY6 on the way home . Now I needed to find someone who could try to come close to the Builder’s knowledge, experience with the love and passion that he has, I’ve heard Desert Car Care name more than once @ the Toy Barns open to the public 4th Saturday of the month event, in various conversations. So with the hesitation of a local pro shop that could be practically down the road, I stopped in there first to examine their operations from the parking lot (not bringing FIDDY) and was impressed with what I saw as I scoped out the shops transparent movement. Afterwards I went inside met Barbra and she introduced me to the Proprietor, Frank, after speaking with Frank about what I was looking for in a Shop, and what was needed to convert FIDDY from a tow vehicle into a Cave Creek cruiser, as our conversation continued my level of comfort continued, therefore I made the decision to drop FIDDY off for the conversion . On my scheduled day I met Frank who personally did a inspection and walk around of FIDDY and then he introduced me to Jeff who at the time was working on a beautiful Blue C2 Vette as he stopped his work, I quickly looked at the setup around the Vette, meticulous car protection, tools etc etc. So Jeff and I shook hands (keeping in mind to check out his hands) as he shop ragged off his dirty thick skinned hands, they started to glow with a Golden reflection (now I’m Golden) and my level of comfort increased, then Frank informed me that Jeff would be assigned to be the Technician that will always work on my vehicle and if anybody needs to touch or move the vehicle at any time they would speak to Jeff first, at that point I referred to Frank as “Frances” as in Saint Frances… I picked up my truck on the day Desert Car Care said it was scheduled to be completed and met with Frances who informed me that Jeff (The Surgeon) would come out to review everything that was completed on the truck, because he was the Technician who did the work, as it should be….. not just somebody else who would be given you your invoice…. But looking at the way they run their business, I’m sure that whoever gives you the invoice has already spoken with any Team Member that has completed the work and has been fully updated to answer any question that you need answered . So please, if you have the passion towards your Vehicle, then you will not go anywhere else after “Desert Car Care” touches your BABY….. Believe me I have all the acronym’s (OCD, ADD, etc.) Therefore my brain is from Missouri “The Show me State”, but really I’m From New York where They Tell You Like It Is….. Michael W Cave Creek Az

Frank has been very helpful in diagnosing and fixing issues on my 2006 BMW X3 with 134,000 miles on it. Frank and his staff of technicians solved a number of issues with this old car. I appreciated their expertise, diligence and patience. They do a great job for their customers. They're automotive professionals.

We are very happy to be using this shop as a our auto care shop. We had been using another shop in town that was part of a regional chain but they got bought out and the service turned bad. We needed a battery replaced but all of the computer work involved with the new battery makes it near impossible for a DIY person. Frank and Barbara were very friendly, the vehicle was repaired as needed and I am inquiring about another repair on an older vehicle. There were a lot of high-end and collector cars at the shop so this will by our permanent go to for all servicing.

Desert car care has the best mechanics in the business! Frank the owner is an absolutely phenomenal guy who truly cares about his customers and definitely makes you feel like part of the family! Barbara, who runs the front office always welcomes you with a smile and is so friendly and truly cares about helping you from the beginning to the end of the job! I can’t say enough about the mechanics. They are definitely the best in the business and not only that but they are the friendliest guys you’ll ever meet! If you are looking for a place to get your car taken care of don’t look any further than Desert Car Care! I have three cars a Maserati a Cadillac and a Corvette and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else to be serviced then Desert Car Care!👍
