Big props to this shop. I needed a vehicle inspection for a rideshare. No big deal. I was expecting the usual car mechanic shop greeting. The negative tone, were busy tone, you don't matter tone. However, I was greeted on phone by Michael. Within 10 seconds I felt the concern and a welcome tone. I was actually shocked by the reception. Anyway, drove down, inspection went well and while waiting in lobby, I witnessed the same respect and customer service towards my fellow customers. I was impressed. It was different than my other experiences...even at other Brake Masters. I had to return because I got the wrong document signed. 2nd visit. Even better!! Same warm greeting on phone from Joseph. Went to get a signature and the doc filled out. Joseph said they needed to re-inspect which seemed silly but I understood. Thinking I didn't need an inspection, I brought my dogs. They immediately invited my dogs into the lobby and we were all treated so well. Definitely a dog lovers business. The culture of this store is clear. Friendly and customer oriented. The manager deserves huge props. In this day of entitlements and declining customer focus, it was refreshing to have a nice human to human positive experience at a car shop. Highly recommend!!

At this point I’m just going to order the mirror and replace it myself. A simple oil change turned into you guys breaking my mirror, ordering the wrong replacement, and then needing my truck for hours just to figure out which mirror it even needs. It honestly doesn’t seem like the most knowledgeable group over there, and I’ve lost confidence in having this handled correctly

I took my vehicle a week prior to get a price for replacing a steering stabilizer for which Joseph told me it would be 54$ if I purchased PART myself after he inspected the existing one which Was leaking…I returned a week later only to be charged double that amount even tho I reminded the man who checked me in (Michael and his asst.) that I was quoted 54$ PRIOR (it was a very easy swap… 15 minutes top) … they wasted the other half hour inspecting other things on my vehicle which I did not give them permission to do and then charged me for that extra 15 minutes and tried to pressure me to fix other minor items after they ripped me off …. lol. I pd the bill and I will be filing a BBB Complaint against price gauging… BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE … THEY ARE HARD UP FOR BUSINESS AND VERY DISHONEST

They were very helpful. Extremely friendly. And they didn't rip me off. They gave me one hell of a good deal! Their kindness has assured that I will use them again in the future! Thank you everybody at the Carefree highway location!
