Elwood Motor Sports is truly an example of exceptional service. Today, I called with an issue regarding my door handle on my vehicle. They said they aren’t able to fit me in to fix it, but can take a look today. I get there, and the office manager comes out to take a look, but he doesn’t stop there. He proceeds to fix the handle, even though it was just supposed to be an inspection. All the while engaging in friendly conversation, and giving me advice for if it happens again. Upon finish, we go inside. I’m expecting to pay a minimum of $100, but instead the manager says $20 is fine. I was in awe! Elwood could’ve very easily taken advantage and charged me excess of $1-200 for the work, but opted instead to deliver a next level of customer care/service. I very highly recommend Elwood Motor Sports for all body work in Cave Creek. Special thanks to the amazing office staff! Thank you, Dom Kariniemi LUMI Window Cleaning
