Would highly recommend the guys at Wilhelm Automotive. Tj and Mark were more than helpful, going over and beyond to be of service in an emergency. Without hesitation, Mark took to completing the work on our tires to get us back on the road swiftly! Cannot express how refreshing it was to encounter people in the automotive industry who at the core, still care about the people behind the wheel. The character of the place goes beyond its 1928 roots and antique theme throughout lobby, its also within the team that you would be happy to collaborate with on any of your automotive needs. Good guys, a little pricey, but trustworthy.and they do good work. Maybe just me, but they shot us a price, and when my gal balked for a few minutes, I called back and said "go ahead", the price was $200 more. After some whining, they brought it back down to @ original price.There's a sign elsewhere , in another shop, that states "if you complain, we raise the price 20% then lower it to make you think you got a deal". Hmm? I hope they read this with the same sense of humor we shared through a generally stressful time. Thanks guys, good job.

There was some difficulty locating an issue and after some perseverance, Eric and the team stood behind a part that was recently replaced and completed the service with no additional cost to me.
