Oliver and the guys at TOS did a great job. I went in to get my tires mounted. I forgot to get lugnuts for the new wheels but they got me a good price on the new parts and get it all back together! I also came in with my steering wheel super out of alignment. He ended up asking if I wanted it fixed. I agreed and he performed the alignment. Now my steering wheel is straight and it drives great! Highly recommend!! Very reasonable pricing and efficient! I work at a small buisness and love supporting other local guys. This is a guy who I will be bringing my cars for a long time.

I’ve worked with Oliver many times in the past, and he has always been a stand-up guy who provides great service and real value. This review is not a reflection of him personally or his business as a whole, but rather of two specific individuals who work for him. During my last visit before moving out of state, the experience unfortunately didn’t meet the standards I’ve come to expect. The front desk associate seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, and the alignment specialist did not properly inspect my vehicle before starting the alignment. After the service was completed, I was told my alignment was still off and that I needed to replace several parts — upper and lower ball joints, cambers, and more. I paid $150 in cash and requested a receipt for tax purposes. The front desk person printed an invoice and then insisted I pay an additional $15.50 in sales tax, even though I was previously told $150 was the total. When I clarified that I only needed a handwritten receipt, not a printed invoice, he argued unnecessarily until he threw away the invoice and I wrote my own receipt. He said he’d call me the next day with an estimate, but the follow-up was just as disorganized. When I went to another trusted mechanic for a second opinion, I was told that only the ball joints needed replacement and that the cambers simply needed to be readjusted, not replaced. When I called TOS back, the same person seemed confused — even though he was the one who had called me he needed my number to look me up in their system. Eventually I was quoted $1,900 for all the recommended work, stating it had to be done within a week to qualify for free warranty realignment. Mind you I should have been made aware of the issues before the alignment was performed. To make matters worse, I noticed my rear hubcaps had been switched out without explanation or my approval after the alignment. While I continue to respect Oliver and appreciate the service I’ve received in the past, this last experience was disappointing and felt disorganized. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and quality control within the team.

Honest, quality, fair. I can’t recommend this shop enough for their work. Their alignment pricing is very reasonable as is their wheel services. When I took my Tesla Model Y in for alignment, after about an hour in they called me back and showed me the situation; my left front fender had to be removed because the wheel was substantially out of alignment. We discussed a price then and there for the additional work. It ended up being another $150, but they spent a solid 2 additional hours working on it and got it into as good of working order as possible. I am very happy and will be coming back and recommending this to family/friends. Thank you!

I got here with my tire in the worse way possible and a very low budget ( almost nothing) but the manager in this location it’s very very helpful in that matter. He will make sure that you get help. The prices are reasonable and they work as quick as possible to resolve your issue. Strongly recommend. They are bilingual in Spanish that is a great plus.
