Nice dude Nate is. Took my Nissan Pathfinder to his shop for a new radiator. Called in Thursday hoping to get it fix the next day as this is my only transportation to work and been told the earliest open appointment is by Monday. Once they hear my story the squeezed my car on their tight Friday schedule And got my car fix that day with a very fair price. Thanks Nate for being considerate. I will suggest this shop to anybody.

I locked my keys in my car nearby, but luckily when I headed over here Nate was there, who told me that as soon as he'd be done with a customer he would come and help me out. After ten minutes, we, along with another coworker of his, Ray, walk over to my car. After maybe 15-20 minutes of jiggling the locks on my car and walking back and forth to the shop to get tools, they were finally able to get my car unlocked. These two didn't have to help me, and didn't even ask for payment; they took time out of their days out of the goodness of their hearts. If their level of commitment and compassion to their regular customers even sniffs at the level I was treated with today, this place gets the easiest 5 stars I've ever given.

Saw mostly good reviews so thought I was going to the right place. But one of the worst auto repair shop experiences I’ve ever had. Took car in to have rotors & brakes installed Wed April 20th. Then tried to call Thursday no answer so stopped by shop was locked in middle of the day then same Friday. Then got a text Saturday that there was some emergency he had to take care of. Felt bad for him at first but then there was an excuse that changed regularly for every promise of finishing. Took me 5days just to get a quote for tuneup and their test drives apparently use half a tank of gas. Oh I do have new rotors and brakes but I have don’t have traction control anymore plus a new scratch on my back bumper which they knew about since you could see were they wiped it. If you love your car like I do I would go somewhere else.

We had our oil changed at Jiffy Lube (yes, yes I know). We brought our car into Nate and he told us they had stripped the plug. He said he'd replace the pan without charging us for the labor and that all we needed to do was purchase new pan. I know for a fact that he didn't gouge us on the parts costs either, which would have been well within his right, and pretty much what I expected. We've had other work done there as well, and always had the same result. Good people.

Nate is the most dishonest mechanic and human that I have ever met! I am sickened by the good and misleading reviews about this place! Based on these misleading reviews that I saw here, I decide to take my BMW to his shop. I explained to him the issue and he claimed that most of the vehicles they fix are BMWs and that he could fix the problem. He checked the vehicle and claimed to know the cause of the problem. He quoted me for a part that I later found out that he charged me 4X the usual cost of the part. When I confronted him about this, the only thing he could tell me was that “we also make money on the parts” what a horrible answer! That said, after paying him the entire money he asked for and claimed to have fixed the vehicle with brand new parts, I took the vehicle home just to find out that the issue wasn’t nearly fixed, in fact the vehicle was in a much worse condition than when I took it to his shop. The engine was making such horrible noises that I had never heard. I asked him multiple times for the receipt of the part that he claimed to have bought, he could not provide the receipt. I decided to take the vehicle to the BMW dealership and unsurprisingly, he actually got the part from the junk yard! Here’s the message I got from the BMW dealership: “DID ANYONE ELSE WORK ON THIS ISSUE BEFORE US. MAS AIR FLOW METER WIRES HAVE BEEN PROBED, DIRTY FINGERPRINTS ALL OVER THE ENGINE AIR FILTERS, AND THROTTLE ASSEMBLY IS FROM JUNKYARD.(PREVIOUSLY REPLACED)” STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! They’re a fraud, horrible and do not know what they are doing.
