I had a wonderful vehicle purchase experience. Ken the salesman was amazing. I typically hate car salesmen. He was friendly, not pushy, went on a long test drive with me. Chris in service was great to deal with a few small items that needed fixing. Finance guy explained things well, and was friendly. Even grabbed a couple things i accidentally left in my trade in. I highly recommend Brooks and Biddle. I love my new to me rig, as does my grandson!

So far have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and both transactions were super fun and relaxed, very easy to work with and fair terms. I would buy more cars from them but I've run out of space at home! This is a great place that has their stuff together and they have great cars to choose from like low miles and very good owner numbers and carfax car histories for service. We don’t even know where to begin! My husband and I had been looking for a larger vehicle for our growing family for a while. We looked at a few vehicles at another dealership and weren’t pleased with our experience at all. However, some close friends of ours had just bought a new car from Brooks Biddle and were so pleased with their experience so we decided to stop by and look at a minivan that they had available. Immediately when we walked through the door with our two kids it felt like a family friendly atmosphere. One of the salesmen, Oz, had the minivan ready to show us. He was incredibly transparent about the vehicle and we did not feel any sort of pressure whatsoever throughout the whole process. They answered all of our questions, provided a detailed CarFax on the vehicle, and were so patient with us! We were looking to trade in our 2015 Rav 4. They did a thorough inspection and offered us the trade in number we were hoping for. Oz was the most friendly salesman and he was so kind and nurturing to our boys. I bought myself the coolest birthday present from Brooks Biddle Automotive, a practically new 2011 HHR with only 24,000 miles on it. The sales person, Violate and her finance team did an Amazing job getting me a great vehicle with affordable financing. What's the most incredible thing is that Violate remembered me coming in 8 months earlier to look at an HHR that had more miles on it than I wanted on a used car, and when this one showed up she called me before they had finished the inspection and posted it on their website. ❤️Love you Guys and Violate at, Brooks Biddle Automotive ❤️
