They are always reasonably priced and do an excellent job both in terms of repairs and also being communicative throughout the whole process giving you updates, explaining, and letting you choose the repairs you want done. After my truck broke down they were able to diagnose, repair, and have it all completed by the same business day which I am forever grateful for. I will definitely be a returning customer for any repairs I need in the future!
View on GoogleHad an issue with a truck that needed to be towed and diagnosed. I wasn't sure how to approach this but Bothell Way Garage had the closest availability. Overall, I am very happy I found this shop. Jared on the phone was helpful and patient in explaining options I had and broke down costs and my numerous questions I had throughout the process. We ultimately did not go forward with the repairs due to it exceeding the value/age of the truck and would eventually sell it, but Jared was very understanding and patient. He gave us time to get the vehicle moved since it had to be re-towed out, which helped us immensely to find a solution and give back their lot space. At no time, despite not being able go forward with the repair, was I given any pressure. Customer service is great and I can see how they stay busy. I hope to utilize them for my other vehicles if needed in the future.
View on GoogleI really like these guys. Are they cheap? No, but then who is these days. Are they fair? Yes. Are they honest? This is the most important question and the answer is resounding Hell Ya! I was tempted to give a one-star review just so no one else would go here and I could get my car in sooner 😉 Bottom line these are good guys. They won't eff you over. I send my friends here and I would even send my mom I here.
