I had a great experience with this shop and would absolutely recommend them. Before bringing my car here, I had taken it to another shop, but the experience didn’t feel nearly as solid. After coming here, the difference was clear right away. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and explain the repairs that were needed. My car required significant work related to engine leaks and maintenance, including an engine reseal and timing chain service. These are major repairs, but they explained everything clearly so I understood what was being fixed and how it would help the long-term reliability of the engine. The price was very fair for the amount of work involved, especially compared to what other shops charge for similar repairs. On top of that, the service was professional and the work was done right. It’s not easy finding a mechanic you can trust, but this shop definitely earned my trust. The car runs great now, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. Excellent service, fair pricing, and quality work. 5 out of 5.

I was having some issues with my 1990s Camry five years ago and just chose Safety Auto Repair because it was close enough that I could walk home after dropping it off. It turned out that it was fixed so fast, I probably could have just waited! Since then, I've had a few other repairs needed, and they get taken care of so quickly. Way different than my past mechanic experiences. Everyone is so kind, too, and it's nice - especially as a female customer - to have the fix explained to you like you understand. Would 100% recommend this shop to everyone!

A great experience! Farshad and his staff are the best. I had an issue with my car that two other mechanics had failed to fix completely, and in less than a day at Safety Auto Repair, the problem was solved. Farshad also sent me a video of the problem and explained the repair, and was able to find a specific bolt that made the repair much less expensive than it would have been. I will come back again and again!
