I wish I could give this place zero stars. Worst experience ever with any auto place. Like many other reviewers on here, I chose this location because they were a preferred option by my insurance, progressive. I couldn’t have been more wrong. They kept my car two weeks and never called me with an update. The only communication I got was from when I called them. Then when we got it back there were multiple mistakes….a panel with a VERY obvious manufacturing defect had been put on; the parking sensor system hadn’t been calibrated (even though they said it had) so it wouldn’t even turn on. The hatch would slam open rather than having a gentle stop. Plus the car was FILTHY inside and out, despite them saying they’d just washed it. See the picture of white coating on roof of car; there was a similar white coating inside the car, though not as thick. I had to take it back two more times to get the panel and calibration of the sensors fixed, again with zero communication from them. Then two weeks later one of the sensors they had replaced fell out of the hole. At this point I was fed up with them and asked progressive if I could take it elsewhere because I honestly didn’t trust any of the work Proco had done. Progressive approved and we took it elsewhere. The second body shop had to correct multiple things done incorrectly at Proco, one of which being that the mount for the sensors was put in BACKWARDS, which was why it fell out…the level of incompetence is mind boggling. I reported this company to progressive multiple times and advised that they not have them listed as a preferred location because quite frankly, they cost progressive money due to my frequent returns, rental car, and having to take it elsewhere to have their incompetence corrected. Please please PLEASE don’t take your car here. I have literally nothing positive to say about my experience with them.

Valerie at the front desk is so nice and helpful to u derstand the process of whats going on with my car and how its bieng fixed. While we were waiting she directed us to a really nice pari with a trail right down the street from the shop! Great customer service, my car is fixed like it never happened! Thank you guys!

Not recommend, I took my pick•up truck to replace the front bumper,(insurance company sent me there) not even close to what it supposed to be, on top of that they took more than 2 months, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Worst experience Ive ever had with this autobody shop. Had to go back and forth multiple times and still didn’t receive the minimum customer service that was to be expected. The car is super dirty from the body work that was done to it and paint job dust. They lied and promised me they would take care of it and even went on to lie that my car was detailed from inside out. Anyone coming from progressive dont go here. Super unprofessional. First time I came to pick up the car they missed a huge dent from the accident and had to wait several days to get it fixed. Ps the main person there speaks like a robot so your not getting anything from her

Obtained 3 local estimates. Theirs was comparable to others. Their shop was highly organized, clean and staff was very professional. Work was on time and budget. Received my broken 2012 Chevy Equinox back good as new. Highly recommend Thanks
