Don't go here for an oil change they take advantage of elderly 80+ and if you have out of state tags treated car rough and came back with a broken air conditioner line UPDATE: I called the shop and spoke with shoP manager. He stated he watched the video since he was off that day. I would like to stop by and watch the oil change video if I may. Thanks for the response from the owner yes all he wanted was an oil change. He also pulled in with AC and left with out AC and hose and compressor broke and awful noise trying to get the bottom of situation.

I've been coming here for years and typically things were fine. Didn't have any major issues until something was going on with my car that I needed the mechanic for...got the regular stuff done and was told to come back when the mechanic was working. I wasn't told to schedule anything in advance, so didn't think to. My mistake. But when I did go back, the mechanic was immediately aggressive with me. Cut me off several times while I was trying to explain why I was there, and instead of asking me to come back another time he just kept saying "well I have several cars scheduled already." Which is fine, by the way. I just wanted to know how long it would take when I did come back, and when to come back. There's a way to talk to people who are going to you for help and that wasn't it...he then said I shouldn't be upset at him because he can't do it, and I maintained that I wasn't upset. I was talking calmly. Not sure why he insisted I was upset, but it seems like he was having a bad day and took it out on me. This is also the only time I've come here with my hair braided...wonder if that had something to do with it as I'm typically white passing. Anyway. Won't be going here anymore. And I wouldn't advise that any people of color go here. Admittedly I had heard from others who went here before that the mechanic has said racially-charged things to them, but gave him the benefit of the doubt until now. It's a shame.

Excellent Quality job and fair price, got one of my bushings replaced on a 2010 Toyota Venza. Les Schwab couldn’t do it The Toyota Specialist repair shop near by couldn’t do it. Jon did it in less than 2 hrs. Definitely coming back. If you need a suspension job done this is the shop to go to.

I came to the shop after having a tire blowout on the freeway. That got fixed and I felt the need to go and assess my vehicle to see if there was any other issues that needed maintenance. I went to the Oreillys across the street and they recommended lube a lot to me and to ask for John. I did as they suggested and immediately John was able to tell me what I needed fixed. I was in a financial pinch and he was kind as to offer me a discount that really helped me a lot. Very straightforward guy and a master at what he does. Would recommend 10/10

Had a check-engine light on. They checked the codes and their mechanic was kind enough to open up the hood and trace the issue with no fuss or muss. He found the problem (rats chewing on wires) and while they couldn't fix it, they recommended a part to replace it with for me to order. Excellent service, genuinely interested in getting me back on the road.
