I had a disappointing experience at this Mobil 1 location. I chose this place because I saw a very nice, well-kept blue Subaru WRX STI there and it gave me the impression that they care about cars and would do a good job. I brought my own 4.5 qt synthetic oil and an original OEM filter. When I asked for the price to do the oil change using my own materials, I was told it would be $80 plus tax. They explained that for my car they would normally use synthetic oil as well, and that they were only discounting me for the oil itself. I agreed because I was short on time and needed to be somewhere else later. They vacuumed the car and cleaned the windshield, which I appreciated, but I noticed they did not(?)use a funnel when pouring the oil and spilled some. They also did not properly reinstall the plastic underbody cover under the car. While I was sitting in the waiting area, I saw that their regular oil change price was $64+. I asked why I was being charged $80 for essentially the same job when I had provided my own oil and filter. I was told that it was their policy. Based on this experience I do not recommend this place.

I won’t go anywhere else for an oil change. I moved father away from this location and I still make the trip. Honest and reasonable prices, never try and upsell me. If they recommend something they literally show me what and why. There’s usually a coupon online as well. My partner went to Jiffy Lube and it was twice as expensive. They are always fast and efficient. I don’t trust anywhere else with my car.

View on GoogleDrove up at 2:40pm on a Wednesday, got in right away. Vacuumed my driver's side, put air in tires, changed my oil (went with the basic option), cleaned my windshield all for under $60. They were nice and there was an area in the shop to sit while I waited. About 10 minutes in and out. Thank you Pennzoil
