Les Schwab completely destroyed my $115,000 truck. Before I brought my Ford F350 there, driving it was enjoyable. I loved my truck. It drove perfectly straight, smooth, and safe. It was something I worked extremely hard for. The truck is only 3 months old, heavily lifted, with premium wheels and brand-new expensive tires. I took it to Les Schwab for nothing more than a simple alignment, and ever since then, the truck has never been the same. Now the steering wheel is crooked. To drive straight, I have to keep the wheel turned to the right. If I hold the wheel straight, the truck pulls hard to the left. I have already brought it back FIVE TIMES, and they still cannot fix it. Even worse, after the third visit, the truck started having violent death wobble issues, and I almost got into serious accidents multiple times. Instead of improving the situation, every visit made the truck worse. After the last visit this past Friday, the truck became even more crooked and unstable. I work in roofing and dumpster hauling, so every time I had to return there, I lost over $1,000 in work and income. They kept telling me to come back, wasting my time, risking my safety, and never solving the problem. Before Les Schwab touched my truck, driving it was a pleasure. Today, driving it is stressful, exhausting, and honestly depressing. I no longer feel comfortable or confident driving a truck that used to be perfect before they worked on it. And now I have to take my truck to a real suspension and alignment specialist to fix the mess Les Schwab created. So who is going to pay for that? Who is going to pay for my brand-new tires that I replaced only one month ago? The tires are already wearing unevenly because of the terrible alignment work done by Les Schwab. Who is going to pay for my lost income, my wasted time, the stress, and the safety risks I’ve been dealing with? I trusted Les Schwab with a brand-new $115,000 truck, and instead of fixing it, they completely ruined the driving experience and created a dangerous situation. I will continue posting updates if Les Schwab does not take responsibility and provide a real solution. UPDATE: After taking my truck to an actual lifted truck specialist, they found even more issues after the alignment done by Les Schwab. I now have to replace the track bar and steering components/drag link setup because the truck developed severe death wobble after their work. The repair bill is now estimated at $2,817. This is a 2024 Ford F350 dually with a professionally built suspension setup and expensive wheels and tires. The truck drove straight and stable before Les Schwab touched it. After their alignment, the steering wheel became crooked, the truck started pulling, and then I experienced violent death wobble on the freeway and nearly lost control. Driving this truck used to be enjoyable. Now it honestly feels unsafe and stressful. Who is paying for this damage? Who is paying for the premature tire wear? Who is paying for the repair bill I now have because of their work? I will continue posting updates until this situation is properly addressed.

Led by Scott, the team is extremely professional, polite and efficient at the centre. I got Audi A4 Quattro CV axles replaced. Justin was the competent colleague, whose professionalism impressed me - first in the pre-replacement inspection and then ordering the parts and hand holding me through the service. Bryan did an excellent job in not only replacing, but also aligning the wheels (as an extra service). Even better, was their complete transparency on the new (after-market) part, including letting me review the older (replaced) part as well. I walked out confident and assured, that their service would ensure a safe drive!

I blew out two tires on my way to my daughter’s band concert about an hour before closing. There’s never a good time for that to happen, but for me it was definitely a “when it rains, it pours” kind of day. Scott got me checked in quickly, helped me get four new tires, and had everything taken care of within minutes. Unfortunately, I had to leave my car behind so I could make it to the concert. What really impressed me was that once the work was done, Scott and a coworker personally delivered my car to me in downtown Everett on their way home. Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, I was able to be there to support my daughter. I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional customer service. He was fast, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. Les Schwab is known for great service, but guys like Chris are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend asking for him!

I love this Les Schwab location due to the consistency in great customer service and quality. Today I needed my battery and windshield wiper blades replaced. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I’ve had my tires, brakes, wheel alignments, batteries and windshield wiper blades replaced for both my vehicles here throughout the years and have never had a bad experience. 10/10 would recommend this Les Schwab. Thank you guys for being awesome!
