Instead, they sent a digital estimate directly to my phone so I could review everything at my own pace. Afterward, they actually walked me through the findings when I went to pick up my car. They use a tiered priority color-coding system (Red/Yellow/Green), which made it incredibly easy to understand what needed immediate attention and what could wait. Nick was super friendly and helpful. They covered my Uber so I could leave the car! When I got back, he explained where things were and when it would be a good idea to get the pending items done. There was zero pressure to do anyone I hadn't requested, and he explained in really good detail what would affect the timeline for the next visit. Honest, straightforward, and friendly.
