I bought a Groupon and went in for an oil change. They were so professional. They provided great service. So nice. It did not take long. Reasonable amount of time. I wish I knew the names of the employees that provided great service. Its hard to get that now days. Keep up the great work! I will definitely recommend.

The additional included services with your purchases make the experience even better. They're thorough with providing the service you're requesting & also informing you of any needed maintenance without forcing you to spend unnecessary money. They are not in this business just for the money they actually care & take their time making sure everything is in top tier shape. The waiting area is very pleasant with a mini play area for children & a coffee/tea bar. If you're ever in need of car maintenance Sun Auto in Flower Mound is the place to go! View on GoogleWent in for a routine oil change, and it ended up taking a little over an hour. That was the only downside. The staff was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They treated me well, and the service itself was done right. Overall, I'd still come back but most likely would drop my car off instead of wait at the shop.
View on GoogleNot quite 5 stars. 4 1/2 if it was an option. Friendly staff and convenient hours. I did have a minor scheduling issue for an alignment. I was originally scheduled for 8:00am so I could get my alignment done and head to work. When I arrived at 8:00am I was told the tech who does alignments would not be in until 9:00am. The associate did offer to Uber me home and apologized but I decided to reschedule. I was able to get my car in the next day as scheduled and the process went much smoother. I would definitely give them another shot at my business.
