I had a great experience at Driver’s Edge! I went in this morning for my state inspection, and everything was quick and right on time. The staff was so friendly, polite, and professional. They made the whole process easy. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back!

View on GoogleSince Driver's Edge asked for a review of my experience with them, I'll give a brief run down. First and foremost, I ran a repair shop in my former career. I am very familiar with Mitchell 1, Alldata, and wholesale parts pricing. My biggest concern when I went in was the left strut on my girlfriend's commercial van that needed replacing (half hour labor that best). I was told I needed front brakes soon (and I did). I was priced $846 for both struts (around $70 each, wholesale price). Brake job $600 (pads, around $30 and half hour labor that best). They priced a few other things which brought the total to over $1800, but they did offer a whooping 10% discount, but I had to bring it back the very next day (OH BOY! 😃). To the owners of Driver's Edge here's some advice. It's OK to make a profit because you have to keep the lights on and pay your staff. It's not ok to think everyone is unlearned. Treat every customer as if they ran/run a shop (you never know). That will keep you honest. Although I absolutely didn't feel like doing it, I bought the struts and brake pads myself for a total $166 and did it myself, and bought a set of tires for less than the price you were charging me for 1. You were very professional so I'll give you 1 ⭐ star for that.

View on GoogleReasonably quick & had a Groupon voucher for 50% off the cost of an oil change so the cost was competitive. Had never had to pay extra to cover taxes separate from the fee paid to Groupon, so that was an unexpected but little additional cost. The waiting room was a bit uncomfortably quiet without the TV noise on to drown out use of the bathroom stall, but they do have coffee & water to offer while you wait. Friendly customer service that was informative rather than pushy with other maintenance services recommended so that is always nice & will be the reason I return there in the future.
