Christian Brothers Automotive Flower Mound

I really like the location on 407. They have great staff that are very honest and helpful. They don’t try to add items just to make you pay more. My son’s car is 2 years old and his oil pan had a leak we didn’t know about. They advised me to take it into the dealer because that would be covered under warranty. It was and that was very helpful to me. This locations takes great care of all 3 of our vehicles. The location is always very clean and inviting and the staff is friendly, honest and very helpful. They do a great job and I highly recommend this location.

I appreciate the level of customer service provided by multiple team members at Christian Brothers on 407. They take the time to explain everything in great detail to help understand the problems, solutions, and how to be proactive to prevent issues. Communication is A+. I trust the team and will take my car in when I want a full picture of my car’s health without being forced to deal with a pushy sales pitch when making suggestions for repair or maintenance.

Stopped by needing a front headlight check. Rapid blinking indicating need for replacement. The staff was very professional and courteous. Offered to take a look at my suv headlight while I waited in their very nice and calming lobby space. After a quick check, they advised me my headlight had been replaced. I grabbed my wallet and asked what the total was, to whit they told me it was free of charge. I was stunned. Had no expectation to not be charged, but yet another reason why our family and friends continue to bring our vehicles to Christian Brothers automotive in flower mound. First time at Christian Brothers auto shop. My windshield wiper sprayers stopped working. Took my car in to them…very nice people, excellent customer service. took them 20 minutes to fix, and didn’t charge me anything!! I fully expected to pay at least an hour of service…but to my surprise, nothing. I will definitely be bringing my cars to be fixed at Christian Brothers from here on out. That showed me who they are. They are not here to make a quick buck, they are actually there to help people. And when I do bring a car in to be fixed, I know they will not overcharge me, they had every opportunity to when I was in there, but they didn’t. Great place, great service, Godly people. You just made a future customer for life. Thanks Christian Brothers!

I was recommended to them by my mom with high praises and I was blown away by how amazing their services are. It all started with scheduling for an appointment which I did over their website. The website was easily navigated and I had no issue with scheduling my appointment at all. Staff were very friendly, and are wonderful at letting you know what’s going on. They have a nice seating area for those who opted to wait for their car. I saw that they also have a shuttle service available if you’d like to be dropped off elsewhere. What really blew my mind is how up to date their report system is. When my car’s inspection was done, I was sent a report to my phone with a link so I can see how everything looks. In the report, they take photos of each parts that they did the inspection on, as well as a small client education videos to see what that specific part does. If there’s a service that they recommend, of course you get a photo of the concerned part of your car, a brief video of what that part does, as well as an estimate of the recommended services. I just love to have visual of what is recommended and how much they’d cost. You can approve everything over the phone, which is exactly my cup of tea. Check out process was easy and everything was explained on when the next services would be due. All in all, I highly recommend this place to have your cars taken care of. As far as the costs go, I think it’s a great cost. But then again, I’m just a girl and I don’t really know cost comparisons 🤷🏻‍♀️
