Unbelievably honest, they got a customer for life. The passenger door on the driver side wasn't locking properly and started throwing 'Door Open' message on the dashboard while driving. I dropped my vehicle at Flower Mound Vehicle Repair this morning and they called me within an hour saying it's fixed. When I went to get my vehicle he didn't charge me anything saying he just tightened couple of screws/nuts. Wow...mind blowing, I can't believe. Honesty at its peak 🙏

Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically. Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low. AAA+ experience with an honest shop. Glad I found this Auto Service Shop.

I've lived in the Lewisville area for 30 years now and used a lot of different auto shops. Some were good but a lot fell short of what I was looking for. These folks saw my problem, came up with the best fix, and did it at a very reasonable rate. If you're looking for a great place to have your vehicle worked on, you've found it. I won't being giving my business to anyone else.

Love this place, only thing not convenient to leave & pick up car. They do quality work at reasonable prices. Never do more than you order ... conservative. Always call before start actual work with estimate. They are timely, usually same day service. Honest & Dependable. I highly recommend this place!
