I went to get my state inspection and they were some of the kindest people!! The team working communicated amazingly and I got my state inspection done within 4 minutes all in the comfort of my own car. They noticed that my fluids needed topped off so they did it for free. I am 100% going back here for my oil services and inspections. Plus you get a free car wash if you get an oil change through them :) truly amazing experience here
View on GoogleKwik Kar’s are all independent franchises, and I’ve been to a few. The flower mound location has the most honest and reasonable staff. No unnecessary upselling, no fear mongering, no price gauging. They took great care of me after another Kwik Kar tried to sell me snake oil on what I was told was a brake issue- come to find out it was nothing serious. You’re in good hands here.
View on GoogleWithin an hour after leaving this establishment my credit card had 2 fraudulent charges: $250 and then $26.15. (I had no purchases on this card for 5 days then whammo.) They walked away with my card to complete my auto service transaction, which I will never do again. It was clearly compromised once it left my sight. My credit card company alerted me immediately and all was shut down. But when I went to talk to the manager to inform them, they were extremely defensive from the start. (Red flag because the person I was talking to was the one who helped me that day.) Defensively kept asking me over and over to provide detailed information but never wrote anything I was providing down: Date, time, bay number, vehicle make/model, etc. Finally talked to a manager at Slydes who owns them, but he was defensive too…although much calmer. Told him I wasn’t looking for any compensation or anything but to let them know they need to investigate. He did write down my info. We shall see. Until then, never ever going back.
View on GoogleDo NOT bring your plug in hybrid car here! After them not being able to get the engine to turn on due to ignorance of how plug in hybrids work they failed me! I drove the car down the street got it inspected less than 10 minutes later and they passed it for emissions. I came back and they would not refund me when it was clearly operator error. Don't worry I will be protesting this one with the credit card company on my side.
View on GoogleThis establishment has rude, unprofessional employees. It use to be friendly before the new owners took over. I took my truck there for an oil change and ended up with a leak around my oil plug. I will only take my truck there again for emissions testing. The guy that does the emissions test is nice and friendly as well as trys to get you to actually come back again
