After moving north from the Austin area, I was worried about finding a shop I could trust with my Subaru STI. I’m so glad I found AWD Tuning in Flower Mound. I recently drove about two hours to have my catalytic converter replaced and get the car tuned, and the experience was absolutely worth it. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they really know Subarus and performance work. The shop was great to work with, and my car is running fantastic. I’m really happy to have found a trusted shop for future upgrades and performance enhancements on my STI. Got my 24 WRX dyno tuned here and couldn’t be happier. Very knowledgeable team, professional, friendly, etc etc etc. The car runs really smooth, is definitely more awake than it was stock. My experience with AWDTuning was extremely disappointing. After work was performed on my vehicle, I discovered issues with my braking system that were not present beforehand. I presented evidence and documentation supporting my concerns and asked the shop to review the situation. Rather than thoroughly addressing the issue or taking responsibility, my concerns were dismissed, and the shop denied that their work could have caused the problem. What frustrated me most was not just the brake issue itself, but the lack of accountability and willingness to investigate the evidence I provided. I understand that disagreements can happen when diagnosing vehicle problems, but I expected a more professional response and a genuine effort to resolve the situation. Instead, I was left feeling unheard and responsible for additional repairs and expenses. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AWDTuning. I encourage others to keep detailed records and documentation if they choose to have work performed there.t

The Most knowledgeable and communicable staff I have met in the Auto Industry. They handle everything from basic troubleshooting to full performance builds. I had the pleasure of working with them when I lost an engine in my Wrx Sti. Together we came up with a plan to not only build a new engine, but to create a reliable vehicle that constantly brings a smile to my face. They answered any questions and addressed any concerns along the way. They have gone above and beyond. I currently have put around 20,000 miles on a build They helped me create and executed for me. I continue to go them for maintenance and any small things I like to do to the car. The staff is very knowledgeable and answer any questions I may have about anything in the auto industry. Highly recommend them.
