Red flags here, AVOID at all costs. - Vehicle dropped off. Diagnostic started. Phone conversation, Joe refused to email the bid of the quoted work. Diagnostic was charged already, I was put in a no win situation, approve without seeing the bid or pick up car without a fix. Approval to complete work was made verbally over the phone. Invoice was $200 higher than quoted over the phone. (quoted $380, charged $580) - also, no diagnostic document provided, only verbal as noted above on the phone. No test equipment, measurements, or error code readouts ($150 fee).

KWIK KAR LUBE — WHERE "MISTAKES HAPPEN" BUT IT IS OK! We paid over $200 for an oil change and tire rotation, and they left my daughter’s air filter compartment wide open. The car started making a strange noise, so I checked under the hood myself and found the problem. When I brought this to the attention of Xavier, the store manager, his response was simply: “Mistakes happen.” This is my daughter’s car — her safety is my priority — and this kind of mistake is unacceptable. It makes me question what else was done incorrectly: Was the oil filter even replaced? Was the cabin filter actually changed? Were the services we paid for fully and properly performed? Leaving something so basic undone shakes my trust in the entire job. Customers deserve to know that their vehicles are being serviced with care, not rushed through with careless errors and a shrug. But hey, "MISTAKES HAPPEN, RIGHT"

So if you want a simple oil change here it will take about 40 minutes and they will charge you $96 and hassle you about the coupons that they send you "I can't accept that because it doesn't look like the coupons we email" which I had gotten 10 minutes prior to going, then if you show them the address of the shop they won't believe it so show them the shop address then the coupon from their website (WHICH IS THE EXACT SAME AS THE EMAIL) then they will take the $15 coupon and apply it, also $81 is very high for an oil change when the dealerships charge $75 and will do a full inspection for you FOR FREE and wash your car, which the mechanic left oil smears all over the interior of my vehicle which is leather interior PLEASE go anywhere else and save yourself the hassle
