I cannot say enough good things about this Kwik Kar location! They first won me over last August when I moved to Texas from Georgia. Transferring everything over was stressful, but they handled my state inspection so I could switch my tags and made the whole process incredibly easy. Since then, they’ve been doing my oil changes and are always fast and so nice. Today, they completely cemented my loyalty forever. I was pulled over by the Flower Mound police because my brake lights were out. I stopped into Kwik Kar with some spare bulbs I found in my console, just hoping they could tell me if they were the right fit so I could change them myself. Instead, Theodore stepped right up, checked it out, and installed them for me for absolutely free. He was so professional, kind, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. Outstanding customer service like this is rare. I will forever bring my car here for service!

Theo was so kind and patient when explaining the services that my car needed. I cannot recommend this shop, or Theo, enough!! I had to come into the shop the next day for a transmission service, and I watched the manager handle a customer who was quick to anger. The manager remained calm and friendly despite the customer become more theatrical and enraged. The issue was that about a coupon that the manager would honor, but that did not please the customer. All in all, this shop is full of quality mechanics and staff. I will continue to come here for speedy, accurate, and friendly service.
