Kate was AMAZING! I brought both my vehicles in on the same day for recalls which involved switching them out 1/2 way through the day while I was working. I wasn’t sure I knew what I was doing but Kate kept me on track and let me know what was going on every step of the way! She also let me know I needed inspections and oil changes which ultimately saved me from needing to bring them back again! Would recommend!

The process of buying a new vehicle was easy. Everyone at Ron Lewis were great to work with. Pat & Noah were very helpful and professional in their roles in getting me in a new vehicle. Can’t thank them enough they deserve a raise! Thanks for giving me a great experience!

Thank-you Christy for your patience over the last couple of months. Thank-you Jobie for trying to find me the blue Jeep I really wanted. You found one but it just wasn’t “the one” & it didn’t speak to me. After taking one look at the Grand Cherokee, I finally found my perfect Jeep. One that will last me a very long time. This wasn’t the Jeep I went to look at but as soon as I saw it, I fell in love. 🖤 The whole process of buying a car is stressful but everyone at Ron Lewis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat Cranberry is amazing & they’re easy to work with. I trust them 100%. From the finance guy (you were amazing, sorry I’m not good at remembering names), to my sales consultant Christy, to the managers, and finally Jobie- you all are amazing. They even stayed late last night to make sure my dream came true! For that, I am thankful.

I dealt mainly with service representative Mason for the recall repair on my 2025 Pacifica (Braunability). They ordered the required parts, contacted me when available and worked around my schedule of availability. Vehicle repairs took slightly longer than expected due to complexity of conversion which is understandable. Mason was very helpful, well spoken and professional. Dealership looked new and clean. Vehicle was delivered quickly and freshly washed. I will be using them again without hesitation. Thank you to all involved.

Dropped daughter’s jeep off on Tuesday and knew it needed an air conditioner compressor bc another garage diagnosed it but couldn’t replace it. They wouldn’t take another garages word for it so it had to go through a diagnostic test. I was willing to do that bc she needed the ac fixed. Once the diagnostic test confirmed the compressor was an issue, they called with the estimate for all other items found. I was quoted $4333 and if an axel was needed it would add an additional 1100.00. I was told by service mgr that the job would be started today afternoon with the front brakes and rotars. Wednesday was going to be the axel seal leak and if needed the axel. Then Thursday the ac bc they needed to wait for the part. I was expecting a call Thursday that it was completed. This call never came. I called Friday and the service rep told me they did not even start the work! They did offer a rental but I couldn’t get there in time for the rental person to do the paperwork bc they leave at 4:30. I requested a call back from the service mgr as we had talked through the entire scenario. Finally he called back and told me it did not need the axel which was a relief; however, it wouldn’t be done now until Monday. I called Monday and received no call back. Called back Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready by lunchtime. Finally picked it up Tuesday after work and the bill was 5736! Not sure how it came ti be that amount bc the axel was not needed. Anyway, I’m glad they figured out and fixed all that was wrong but the communication and estimate could have been better. I would recommend them for the repairs but would say make sure you get the estimate narrowed down firmly and also ask for regular communication throughout the process.
