I am so disgusted with this company. They had to tow my car (i had no choice) when i wrecked. They ignored my insurance company and it’s been A WEEK since the incident. They wanted my bill to rack up. They would ignore them and I’d call and they would immediately answer. The same guy each time, to then he acted clueless when i got them on a 3 way call together. I will be making a huge complaint due to this. If you run a business, do better and don’t be a jerk to people who are just trying to survive in this world.

I busted my trailer door hinges backing into a tight dock. It was Friday afternoon so I was panicking if anyone would be able to get me back on road or would I have to spend the weekend looking for parts. Called Dave’s and they said, bring it in. Hinges, qty 4, replaced by Dominic and team and trailer door rehung. Cost was reasonable as well. Thanks Dominic and team!

I assume that if you're reading this review you already know that this is a predatory company. You probably hadn’t heard of Dave or his tristate truck service until it was summoned by a third party, maybe the State Police, to ostensibly help you in your time of need. Little did you know, they didn’t come to help you, they came to take advantage of your desperation. If they convince you to let them tow your vehicle to their lot, you will incur exorbitant storage fees. If they tow your vehicle to your desired location, you will also incur exorbitant fees. They will charge you 2 to 3 times more than an AAA approved operator. And, to thank you for your business, they will insist that you pay via card on the spot and will charge you a 4% processing fee, regardless of whether you pay with a debit or credit card.

We were on our way to a missions trip in Baltimore when our bus blew a tire. These guys helped fix it, but when we went to leave, our bus wouldn’t start. Our bus was sitting there for hours while they were trying to figure out what was wrong with it. The owner, Dave, was so kind. He let the women use the bathroom in the offices and one of the employees even offered to drive one of the men in our group down the road to pick up some cups. They eventually figured out what was wrong with the bus. They were great! Super friendly too!

This place is terrible! I’m 18 years old slid out of ice on new years. Tried to charge me almost $400 dollars for my car just to be there. Very unprofessional and answered the phone with “yo”. Lost my car keys. I didn’t even have the chance to call AAA before they were towing my car. They are money hungry! And terrible!
