Diehl Collision worked on my car after it was damaged in an accident. The car looked immaculate when I got it back, honestly better than it did even prior to the accident. Every person I spoke to in the office was very kind and helpful. I also received timely responses and updates on my car. They made the process with returning the rental quite easy as well (I used Enterprise and they're across the street so Diehl returns it for you!)

View on GoogleWhat terrible customer service. I called and was told I’d receive a call back to schedule. That never happened so I called again and spoke with Bill who stated I was called and texted multiple times. Not a single call or text to be found on my phone. Once I questioned this and said it sounds like you don’t want my business it was stated “well you left a bad review before..” I hung up the call at this point after the condescending tone and clear lying that I was ever contacted. The only negative FEEDBACK I had was that I needed to return after my vehicle was fixed because my passenger door wouldn’t open, this was not an issue prior to the repair. I would have been a loyal customer because prior to this I had a positive experience with the staff.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, explaining the damage clearly and answering all my questions patiently. I appreciated the detailed report, which included clear photos and explanations of the necessary repairs. The estimated cost for the repairs was on higher side. I felt confident in their expertise and ability to restore my car to its pre-accident condition. Overall, I was highly impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by the collision center. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of auto body repair.
View on GoogleDiehl Collision of Cranberry damaged our vehicle during the repairs, which is provable and we will pursue this matter further. I am very surprised this place is still in the business and is trusted bodyshop (STILL!) by Erie Insurance. At the time we were picking up vehicle other driver brought a vehicle post repair, because of bad quality of work on his vehicle. We will pay for our mistake by spending a lot of time to pursue this matter and we will make sure Diehl will also pay for the bad quality of work. I am also disappointed in Erie and will be waiting to hear from them!
